For me, it really opened my eyes to what our women have been going through. It made me feel that I lead a sheltered life. I teared up when one of the ladies spoke about losing her brother. This 28th Feb 2018, my brother would have been gone a year right after Ra'eesa's 6th birthday. I have felt empty until I heard hope in their voices when they know what they would be doing in this campaign would help others. I agree with Jagi, they will try their best. We will do our best. You and your coaches made a difference when you conducted the workshop. You listened to us, the core team, what we thought the ladies needed and how it would need to be presented to them. You and the coaches gave the ladies a voice and a safe place to tell their stories just like you did with the core team, with me. You have empowered us, strength in numbers. Thank you to you and your team for all your hard work, time and patience with us and the ladies. I look forward to learning more from you and your team. Do send my gratitude to them for making the time for our workshop, Junko.

I was thoroughly impressed with everyone involved in the workshop. Our participants were incredibly engaged through the weekend and their commitment to the workshop showed how invested they are in helping themselves and others. The trainers did a wonderful job of transforming the content into a design that was not only suitable for the audience but was also captivating through all the teamwork involved. I'm personally very invested in getting tangible results from the campaign, but the best part of this workshop for me was seeing how happy, included, and important it made the participants feel.

I can safely say with confidence that the ladies took on the learning of the leadership and relationship skills with so much enthusiasm, positivity with a thirst of wanting to learn more. That was amazing! They trusted and they opened up and that to me was awesome.

Junko, you were amazing that day and you and your coaches truly did an amazing job of reaching out to the ladies and giving them the voice to raise. You and your coaches were patient, professional yet soft in your approach and also you were all very engaging! Thank You ladies!

I’ve been associated with DOT for a few years but it was over the last weekend that I really felt an emotional connection with our women. I heard stories of sorrow and adversity but also the will and strength to move on. I saw tears but I saw beaming smiles too. There was hope and and a sense of commitment in that room and that’s what stood out for me. The ladies may not be able stuck to meeting dates or reach the numbers by the year end but i really feel they will do their best. 

Junko, you and your team were amazing. Not for a moment did your energy levels dip and that kept the group motivated and alert! Thank you!

It was an eye-opening experience to see how well the women took to what was being imparted, the concept of everyone a leader and techniques for relationship and trust building was well appreciated by many in the room. 

The trainers were very professional and well-versed with the methodology, and patient and empowering in their approach. It was a fantastic experience and I am looking forward to see how the next layer core team move forward with their efforts now that the effective bonding has taken place through the SSS method and process.
