Pam McCambridge
Founder
Pam McCambridge is a 2010 Fellow Partner at Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Initiative, where she and Junko Yoda  met. After receiving her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University, Pam developed a family therapy practice in Chicago. Pam is active in conservation and related legislative issues.

Junko Yoda
Founder
Junko Yoda is a currently a senior Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow at Harvard University. She has over 20 years experience in investment banking and investment management with Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in Asia living in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. She studied art history and curates contemporary art exhibitions and art projects related to social issues.
