Life Skills Program For Phu Hiep Artisans

In 2015 CLinked partnered with Phu Hiep in Vietnam. Phu Hiep is a Japanese ethical jewelry company that employs and trains young artisan children as a form of protection and prevention from child labor in the big cities.

We taught the artisan's "life skills" so they, in turn, could teach the children in their communities.

In 2015, we held 3 workshops:

  • "Personal Hygiene" taught by Anh Tran
  • "Becoming a Good Worker" by Yvonne Stoerzer
  • "Sex Education and How To Say No" by Doris Tann.

This project teaches artisans to become protectors and role models in their community.
